Release of Liability

In consideration of Oneka Ridge Golf Course allowing my child to participate in the golf league program:

1)   I release Oneka Ridge Golf Course, it’s agents, employees, and insurers from any claim of negligent acts or omissions occurring or arising out of my child’s participation in the golf league.

2)   I agree to have my child abide by all rules and regulations of the Oneka Ridge Golf League Program.

3)   This agreement does not extend to or apply to any damage caused by willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct.

4)   I have read this release, and understand its contents.
